2. Thursday night NFL scores: Eagles 24 Jaguars 10; Bengals 23 Redskins 13; Raiders 33 Cardinals 26; Ravens 26 Packers 13.

3. Former NASCAR Cup Series driver Dale Earnhardt Jr., his wife and daughter are ok after their plane crashed in Tennessee Thursday.

4. Cody Bellinger hit his 40th home run but the Dodgers fell to the Miami Marlins 13-7 Thursday afternoon.

5. Lakers center DeMarcus “Boogie” Cousins tore his ACL and is out for the season.

6. The Clippers signed free agent forward Patrick Patterson to a one-year $2.3 million deal.

7. New York Mets first baseman Pete Alonso tied the rookie mark for home runs with his 39th Thursday. Bellinger hit 39 as a rookie in 2017.

8. Rams vs. Dallas Cowboys Saturday in Honolulu, Hawaii at 7:00 p.m. PT. New Orleans at Chargers Sunday at 1:00 p.m.

9. Former Azusa Pacific/Kansas City Chiefs running back Christian Okoye turns 58 today.

10. On this day in 1920, Ray Chapman of the Indians was hit in the head by pitch thrown by Yankees pitcher Carl Mays. Chapman died the next day and is the only major league baseball fatality.
