We can’t control what other programs do, we have to watch our own plate at the dinner table. Are you really lumping those programs together with La Habra and La Serna?

So the MVL just got interesting here.
EM plays SEM. Why it’s important, for starters if SEM somehow pulls the upset it would create a possible three way tie for second place. Another reason is a loss here puts the Eagles season under .500. That would mean the second year in a row. That seat might be getting a bit warm if you know what I mean. SEM and Frank Gallardo are in a must win up against a juggernaut. That loss to Gabrielino was a horrendous loss.

Arroyo plays Gabrielino at home both teams are sitting at 2-2 must win is an understatement here. Loser ends their season at zeros. Winner puts themselves in great position to get in the playoffs. Gabrielino has zero momentum right now but the knights just their tales handed to them. So what’s their mindset like?

Rosemead who comes off a huge win against its rival is through the roof with excitement are in a good spot needing a win but the play winless Mt View. Ostry just himself in the MVP talk with Booth with his nearly 400 yards rushing against the knights.

Can Gallardo pull out a miracle? Can Arroyo respond after getting beat down?
    Can Rosemead finish strong?
    No Yes and Yes!
EM makes it ugly against SEM
    Arroyo rebounds and beats Gabrielino
Rosemead keeps rolling and keeps my Vikings winless.

Everyone should get a trophy for showing up as well ? Those teams still have to win games. Transfers or no transfers, winning is is winning and losing is losing. Let’s not plays this whole transfers make it easier. Make your school a more desirable place to come play at, some transfers are not what everyone makes them out to be. Just a kid leaving a school for another let’s not fall into hype.

You total idiot! There is not one Cal transfer on La Serna’s roster. The lancers are good because of quality players and quality coaching! Cal’s problem is their ghetto parents and their idiot kids! There is zero class in Cal football….. especially their running back!!! It’s so sad to see all you haters on LS football.

Schools like LA and EM get no reps for starters cause team want a running clock 15 plays up 28-0 people want starters out. Come on kids got to get reps and game time in because come playoffs games are going to be decided in the 4th and can’t be having kids die out.

It is common knowledge Cal High is a feeder school for La Serna. When a player displays talent in the Cal High attendance area they are promoted to La Serna. The reasons parents use for transfers are numerous and fake as well. La Serna is always willing to make room for a football player over a girl in real need. This ugly state of affairs abounds in college where parents are paying millions to bribe admins to get there kid into a prosperous school. It happens at the high schools all over the SGV too. The only way El Rancho or Cal will ever catch La Serna is to adopt the same strategy and seek out transfers from all over. La Habra, La Serna, El Monte,Diamond Ranch, Sierra Vista should all make up a new league. Boy would that create a cry fest.

What coach Zamora needs to do is clean house and get rid of those kids that feel entitled because the obnoxious parents that tell them they are. They cry when they get yelled at and stomp they’re feet when things don’t go their way. Football teaches you adversity and shows you what you’re made of. Zamora will be just fine. Those of you that don’t believe in him and his system, leave! Do Cal Hi a favor and just leave. Hard to believe people act like this in his 1st year. Stop your bellyaching, dust off and man up!

It was senior night at that oddly-named place that used to be called Cal High stadium, and fittingly, first-year man Zamora had his guys playing like they were 65-plus. Sure, Louie is in WAY over his head, but the real culprit is Jim Arnold, the athletic director who can’t help hiring friends who have ZERO varsity head coaching experience. Imagine that: two green guys in a row, with the same result. Who could have seen that coming?

Sierra Vista 88 points. Running up a score doesn’t make up for 5 forfeit loses. Just because you can’t make sure your kids are eligible and CIF finds out do u take it out on your next opponent? Spathais and staff at Workman are class act coaches they change kids life. Sierra Vista coaches what are you teaching your kids? You get caught take it out on someone (next opponent)?
