  1. Monrovia quarterback Noah Rodriguez will play football for Pasadena City College next season. 
  2. Monrovia receiver Carlos Hernandez received his first offer from Portland State. 
  3. The Denver Broncos, who finished the season 7-10, fired head coach Vic Fangio after three seasons. 
  4. The Indianapolis Colts (9-8) lost to the Jacksonville Jaguars (3-14) 26-11 Sunday and were eliminated from the playoff picture. 
  5. The Rams lost to the San Francisco 49ers 27-24 in overtime Sunday to finish the regular season at 12-5 but they still clinched the NFC West with Arizona losing to Seattle 38-30. 
  6. The Tennessee Titans are the number one seed in the AFC and the Green Bay Packers are the number one seed in the NFC. 
  7. The 49ers clinched a playoff berth with the win over the Rams and will play at Dallas in the first round. The Rams will host Arizona. 
  8. The Colts, the Baltimore Ravens and the New Orleans Saints were all eliminated Sunday. 
  9. Rams coach Sean McVay was 45-0 in his career in games in which he was leading at halftime. That streak was snapped Sunday when the 49ers overcame a 17-3 halftime deficit. 
  10. The Las Vegas Raiders earned a playoff berth with a 35-32 overtime win over the Chargers on Sunday Night Football.

    I told you back in November that Dale was done at Covina. They is no support for coaches in high school. It’s as simple as supply and demand. You pay the good coaches to stick around or they are gone.
