This coach is literally what we need in this school district. To be honest Ive been searching high and low to figure out a good H.S. for my son to go to, to play football. For this coach to be here in my school district is a blessing. Its literally minutes from my house and is the top public high school football school in the district. Seeing that they get a chance to compete with Glendora is a huge plus. Parents get ur potato chip eatin’, Playstation gamin’ 300lb kids to this school so we can win CIF and show the country what socal football is all about.

either way, I think we have come to a point where they need to give ACTUAL stipends to Athletic coaches and assistants, especially assistants ….. literally some of these guys are doing this for free, or for some clothing apparel , they are the real blessing.

ive seen some SALARY of coaches in other states , it makes CA look like were are committing slavery

this is a HUGE pick up for Los Altos. Coaches need to get paid , its alot of work to build a program… people want to win like big dogs but dont want to feed like a bunny… cmon

these districts don’t care about Athletics, but they sure do enjoy the MONEY FNL brings

I hope the ghetto parents of Los Altos does not drive Dale out this time. The principal must back him up and not take the parents side. Good luck time, let’s do this.

Not sure when a teaching job became Aaron Rodgers type money, but a man deserves to make a comfortable living that allows him to support his family. If he’s found that, then good for him
