Agree ! Giving up 37 and taking the L vs Rio was the straw that broke the Charter , and ushered in the Arrington era! They made a statement (of many sorts) last Saturday, but immaterial until start of real season
Maybe don’t lose to Rio Hondo prep and people would stop talking smack
if you ever seen Munoz (amat) throw at QB , You will clearly see that he is one of – IF NOT – the best QB in the area. Unfortunately he is not 6’5, 6’2, or even 6’0 or else he would have every college in America at his porch.
sad to see he SETTLE for defense, but if you pay attention , Amat has ALOT of seniors this year who have been waiting in line.. and still have to wait as a senior … lol… idk how parents can do this to a kid… all to wear some sweater with an A? or to say your part of the team? The other Munoz made a good move in transferring to C.O, hes not the new kid on the block, most of those kids already know eachother from the 7v7 circuit.
CO sold its soul , people would say … but in reality … they just accepted to do what is Normal today. recruit … get transfers… CIF dont care. neither does all the media who glorify these transfer teams .
Our team did well in the tournament, ill take a semi- final exit and continue to improve for our pre season bc our league is trash.

Amat has been shelving the top tier mexican/latino kids for YEARS! this is nothing new and not surprising Munoz is getting second hand treatment ( ion the offense) , ANYWHERE ELSE hes starting and an ALL CIF guy but alot of those kids are left with regrets.

Levar Arrington, NFL All Prp linebacker was decribed by the WDN as lightly pushing people during a fight at the 7 on 7. That’s like saying Jan. 6th was just a bunch of tourists taking photos. Just a matter of time before someone gets ……. out there. (pick your verb)

If you were hoping to see your schools home grown talent at these photo ops tournaments you are wasting your time. They should be called tranfer gates, or high school boys on the runway. 6’5″ trnasfers throwing to 6’7″ transfers. The tranfers throw the ball and transfers catch the ball. It’s surprising the transfer QB’s are not in gowns and heels. With no rush it is hardly a competition when they play a team of local boys without flown in stars. In a nutshell that is 7 on 7 in today’s high school football.
C.O. Should have been eliminated after the fight with ElCo . Your reaction is just as important as the initial action .
