  1. The Rams routed the Denver Broncos 51-14 Sunday to improve to 5-10 on the year. 
  2. After a 124-115 loss to the Dallas Mavericks Sunday the Lakers fell to 13-20 on the season. 
  3. The Chargers (8-6) will face the Indianapolis Colts (4-9-1) on Monday Night Football. 
  4. Pasadena OC Robert Maxie is a candidate for the Baldwin Park head coach position. 
  5. Former Clemson quarterback D.J. Uiagalelei is expected to transfer to Oregon State. 
  6. The New York Mets and shortstop Carlos Correa are working through a medical issue after his physical showed the same right leg concerns that nixed a deal earlier with the San Francisco Giants. 
  7. The Philadelphia Phillies signed former Dodgers reliever Craig Kimbrel to a one-year, $10 million deal. 
  8. Former USC quarterback Kedon Slovis is transferring from Pittsburgh to BYU. 
  9. The Buffalo Bills clinched their third straight AFC East title with a 35-13 win over the Chicago Bears on Saturday. 
  10. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers (7-8) beat the Arizona Cardinals 19-16 in overtime on Sunday Night Football. They can clinch the NFC South with a win over Carolina next week.

    As good of a coach or recruiter Maxie is in the SGV it’s tough for black coaches because of the culture of the neighborhood. Probably wouldn’t be the kids it would be more of the parents that would have a problem with it. Especially in a city like BP or El Monte, La Puente, Bassett. They would only go so far.

    I’m guessing Slovis is getting big bonus cash for transfering again. It’s at high schools also now.
