If I had been a southpaw. I could still be getting big league bucks to pitch even at 73.

The most interesting thing about the college bowl games is no longer who is playing but it is who is not playing. All the teams playing are missing their best 3 players and most teams are missing as many as 14 starters. Guys are playing that have never seen the field in two seasons and can’t find their helmets. I don’t understand NIL money and all the ins and outs of it but……..guys get money from colleges and commercial contracts then when the big games hit they can opt out? In the Sugar Bowl Bryce Young and Martinez the QB”s for Alabama and Kansas are expected to play only a few snaps at the start. Vegas odds makers must be going nuts. Thank goodness for T-ball. Sports at its purest …..at least for awhile.

N.I.L. cash is flipping college, high school and yes elementary school sports on their heads. It is quickly creating a one percenters system. The haves are the one percent that get cash before they even take the stage and the have nots are all the rest of the athletes that never get a shot because they don’t pass the eye test or do not have agents. I would estimate every D1 socal football player and basketball player is working forward to an NIL check years before high school graduation.

Wouldn’t it be wild to see the Chargers win a Super Bowl in the year directly after the Rams’ title? How would that be for a crazy type of back-to-back?
