El Rancho High School hosted their annual Rumble at the Ranch Saturday. Culver City outlasted Crescenta Valley to take home the hardware! Here are a few images from the action.

IMHO the smaller QB at La Serna is the better QB. Gonna be tough for him because the unit is a Long. That family has a history with the Lancers.
La Serna had an absolute unit playing Quarterback, a physical specimen with a canon. Looks like they will be just fine.
Great tournament! Great to see La Serna QB’s battle it out. Culver City looked good. A. Little scare from Los Altos in the semifinal but pulled it out in the end. Crescenta Valley and La Serna battled it out in the other semifinal with Crescenta Valley getting the W. The final was all Culver City.
Didn’t make it this year but not at all surprised that people are calling it the best run tournament again. Also not surprised that Culver City won it….. Again
Well the Keppel tourney was alright a little bit of some bump and bruises but expected for the 1st year. Good competition on all the fields. Some Coaches were practicing on yelling at every call. Coach at Keppel try to do it right had coffee and donuts for the coaches and one of the vender gave out lunch to the coaches. Overall it was a good tournament

Looks like Keppel’s inaugural tourney didn’t create enough interest to warrant mention.
Tournament was ran perfectly. No long breaks in between, straight business. Well chalked fields and good refs. Good job Medrano and staff.
A well ran tournament. Outstanding play and fierce competition. Hats off tho El Rancho on their tournament.
