RHP has a power rating advantage over Vanden, 33.2-27.9. Pioneer may have met its match and then some going against Balboa, losing on the power rating -27.4 to -14.1. The biggest numbers disparity, however, is in the big-boy football category which has Mater Dei (101.5) getting set to wallop De La Salle (69.3).

As for Calprep’s projected scores, they are: Vanden 27, RHP 26…..Balboa 26, Pioneer 14….MD 44, De La Salle 3. That last one shows beyond a doubt that California’s best football is in the southern part of the state. Hope Lincoln Riley can tap into some of that.
