Montebello 49 Keppel 16 FINAL – Isaac Mendibles rushes for 336 yards and six touchdowns and only plays one series in the second half as Oilers spill all over the Aztecs.

Schurr 55 San Gabriel 0 FINAL – Spartans rebound from loss to Montebello with rout of San Gabriel. Matadors still haven’t scored a point on the field.

Brentwood 35 Viewpoint 24 FINAL- Viewpoint falls from the ranks of the unbeaten.

Gladstone 47 Duarte 7 FINAL: After scoring its third touchdown of the first quarter, a 13-yard rush by running back Jakeob Sedano, Gladstone never looks back and routes the Falcons -Tim Mercado

San Dimas 49 Nogales 0 FINAL – Saints running back Jarell Sykes rushes for 169 yards on 15 carries and scores three touchdowns. Quarterback Andrew Avila completes three passes, two of them to Blake Lowary for touchdowns.

Covina 55 Rowland 0 FINAL – Joe Benavidez completes 15 of 17 passes for 224 yards and three touchdowns. Pearnell Smalley has a mortal night of 121 yards on the ground and two touchdowns.

Northview 42 Wilson 0 FINAL – The Vikings Alex Camacho catches a pair of touchdown passes from Steven Comstock and rushes for a third as N-View improves to 2-0 in the VVL and 5-1 overall.

La Serna 25 California 19 FINAL – La Serna rebounds to win on late TD pass by Enrique Pacheco to Curtis Ashton. (See story.)

El Rancho 42 Whittier 6 FINAL – Andrew Perea throws for 158 yards and two touchdowns and Isiah Araujo has 128 yards and three scores on just 3 receptions as ER stays hot.
Santa Fe 21 Pioneer 3 FINAL

Muir 56 Arcadia 16 FINAL – Taeon Mason runs for a 41 yard score and catches a 71 yard TD pass from Chase Keough for the Stangs.  

Burroughs 17 Pasadena 14 FINAL

Crescenta Valley 42 Hoover 7 FINAL: The Falcons score 21 points before the offense even comes on the field. Jordan Lobianco returns a pair of punts for a touchdowns. CV improves to 7-0.

Dominguez 47 Lynwood 7 FINAL- Keith Hairston rushes for 117 yards and a pair of scores and Leon Scott runs for 157 yards on 19 carries as Dominguez dominates on the ground. Lynwood quarterback Darryl Robinson Jr. leaves the game in the second quarter with an injury.

Downey 49 Warren 19 FINAL- Justin Huff breaks of TD runs of 40 and 30 yards and runs for 100 yards on only five carries while Daevon Vigilant adds 88 yards and a touchdown on the ground to lead the Vikes. 

Paramount 70 Gahr 25 FINAL

SUBURBAN
Norwalk 34 Artesia 20 FINAL: The Lancers trail 20-14 at halftime before exploding in the second half. Chris Walker left the beginning of the second quarter, but Carlos Jacqauri and Ryan McDowell pick up the slack and go for over a 100 yards each. NorRock finished with 606 yards on offense.

Bellflower 37 Cerritos 15 FINAL- Buccaneers still in the Suburban Hunt as they improve to 2-2 in league. Huge game against Norwalk this Friday night. 

Mayfair 61 Glenn 27 FINAL – Monsoons now 3-1 in the Suburban and are currently firmly planted in third place.

Diamond Ranch 31 Walnut 10 FINAL: Mustang quarterback Micha Maes rushes for 109 yards and a touchdown, but completes only one pass.

Big Bear 34 Twentynine Palms 3 FINAL: Big Bear Fan: “Oh, you’re sending in the Wolf? Shoot man, that’s all you gotta say!”
