You all can sling mud at each other over events you all don’t have control over…BUT, I will say that with the turnstile coaching senerio’s, the already low show of youth participants in the closely surrounding lower middleclass areas, I for one am glad and supportive of any event,combine,1 on 1’s, 7 on 7’s or camps that for the most part offer the youth an opportunity to breakaway from the B.S. I see at the skate parks, neighborhood corners, local park picnic shelters and yes, in the shadows of each and everyone’s local H.S and Middle school…” EVERYONES”..dont play like you dont know!…so thank you Coach Singiser and if you need Volunteers for this or any event, i walk the talk…..

No need for Arroyo — or any other school sponsoring these events — to get bent out of shape over the comments. It’s the most natural thing in the world: you host ’em, we roast ’em.

I dont get the problem people have with this event or any event. I think its great that schools host things, the more the merrier. It gives kids a chance to compete and might even motivate some guys to hit the weightroom a little harder when they realize how big other kids their age are. Also anything that can stop kids from playing Fortnite for a few hours is a positive in my book.
From T. Peterson: I agree absolutely!

@Angelis Fan: You make a good point about Arroyo if we’re judging them against the very best high school programs in the southland, but when we’re talking about the programs which have fallen into the soup of division 10 or lower, we must speak softly in politically correct tones. So yeah, this event’s gonna be the bomb.

I don’t understand . Arroyo is trying to be relevant. They play in a weak league and division.

No more waste of time than the passing leagues, where there is no line and no contact.
