    Bonita will be fine 7 on 7 because they have a QB. But oh my, once pads come on they turn soft and mushy lately. See if old coach can bring out some toughness.

    Yeah, you are right. I should give him a chance to respond first.

    Perhaps he is depressed that his Phantoms did not win the Rams 7 on 7 tournament. A tournament won by Arcadia, a team the Phantoms beat earlier in the day. Is the rumor true that Arcadia has 3 Cathedral transfers?

    @AngelusFan:

    Hey Clueless. First of all it wasn’t 50 transfers in a year. That was over the course of a 5 year span. So get your facts straight. And I acknowledged that transfers helped La Mirada and I acknowledged La Mirada won’t win many games going forward. So put that tired argument to rest.

    So, if I understand you correctly, La Mirada’s championships are tainted because of transfers. Using that logic, Mater Dei, Bosco, Oaks Christian, to name a few, their championships are invalidated?

    However, what all those teams have and what Cathedral does not have are…championships. And that Mr. Clueless, is a fact.

    Isn’t Cathedral in D2? Are you saying that Cathderal can only win championships in D5?

    When and if Cathedral ever wins a CIF championship then I’ll come on here congratulate the Phantoms but since that ain’t going to happen I’m not too worried.

    My Point is Cathedral get’s 4 to 5 Transfers a year. You Guys La Mirada need 50 or more to win . You can’t win anything with your own home lids. Your Champion ships are all Tainted and a Thing of The Past. If The CIF leaves Cathedral in D5 They win at least 3 CIF Titles.

    @AngelusLeague:

    That is correct. La Mirada never made it a secret that transfers were a big part of their success. There was even a newspaper article about it. The transfer pipeline has dried up and hence the reason they won’t beat anyone this year or for years to come. So, Captain Obvious, tell me something I don’t know.

    What I do know, despite your 3 consecutive Angelus League championships and your summer 7 on 7 championships, how many CIF championships or state championships do your Phantoms have? Zero, zilch, none, nada. And this despite your own transfers and a plethora of D1 talent? If your Phantoms want to see the face of underperforming, they just have to look in the mirror.

    So, my question is still the same. What is your point?

    Everyone is going to beat La Mirada this year. So, what is your point? If Cathedral doesn’t beat them by at least 4-5 touchdowns you guys should turn in all your 7 on 7 championship trophies.
