The Dallas Cowboys are a parody of what they once were, and all the glitzy stadiums and merchandise can’t change that. The reason is psychotic owner Jones, whose crazed ego cannot abide delegating authority to anyone. The ‘Boys don’t need a new coach as much as they need a new owner.
