  1. Former St. Louis Cardinals pitcher/Hall of Famer Bob Gibson passed away Friday at the age of 84.
  2. Former Dodgers reliever/ pitching coach Ron Perranoski passed away Friday at the age of 84.
  3. The Miami Heat beat the Lakers 115-104 Sunday in Game 3 of the NBA Finals to cut the Lakers series lead to 2-1.
  4. The MLB Division series are set: NL: Dodgers vs. San Diego, Miami vs. Atlanta; AL: New York vs. Tampa Bay, Houston vs. Oakland.
  5. The Rams beat the New York Giants 17-9 Sunday at SoFi Stadium to improve to 3-1 on the year.
  6. Tom Brady threw for 369 yards and five touchdowns to lead the Tampa Buccaneers to a 38-31 win over the Chargers Sunday. The Chargers fell to 1-3 on the year.
  7. New England Patriots quarterback Cam Newton tested positive for the coronavirus. The Patriots -Chiefs game, originally scheduled for Sunday, has been postponed to Monday.
  8. Chargers running back Austin Ekeler suffered a hyperextended knee Sunday and is expected to be out for several weeks.
  9. Dak Prescott threw for 502 yards and four touchdowns but the Dallas Cowboys lost to the Cleveland Browns 49-38 Sunday.
