(El Monte) – Alhambra, Bell Gardens and Rosemead joined Arroyo Saturday morning to throw the ball around. It’s only April but all four teams already know they have things to work out before September.

Paramo and Panthers in April

(Rosemead) – “Championships aren’t won in November and December, they’re won now!” First year Rosemead Coach Marc Paramo barked at his team while running them through a late Wednesday workout. While getting in some physical drills Paramo made sure they got plenty of verbal motivation as well.

Rosemead Head Coach Matt Koffler Resigns

Matt Koffler steps down as Rosemead’s head coach (Rosemead) – Matt Koffler announced that he has stepped down as head coach at Rosemead Tuesday night at the team banquet.
