CIF Rules Andre Frazier Ineligible; Muir Forfeits all Games he Participated In
(Pasadena) – The CIF has ruled that Muir center Andre Frazier is ineligible and the Mustangs must forfeit all of the games that Frazier played in as well as the Pacific League title sources said late Saturday night.
