By Tim Peterson (Inglewood) – Miami Quarterback Tua Tagavailoa threw for 466 yards and three touchdowns, with 215 of those yards and two touchdowns going to Tyreek Hill, to lead Miami to a 36-34 win over the Chargers Sunday before 70, 240 at SoFi Stadium in the 2023 season opener.

Trojans Make Quick Work of Stanford

By Tim Peterson (Los Angeles) – USC raced out to a 49-3 halftime lead and cruised the rest of the way in a 56-10 rout of Stanford before 67, 213 fans Saturday night at the LA Memorial Coliseum.

Falcons Soar in Second Half

By Tim Peterson (San Marino) – Crescenta Valley jumped on San Marino for three touchdowns in the second half to turn a close game into a 35-9 rout of the Titans Friday night at San Marino.

DeGraaf Dominant; Tartans Roll

By Tim Peterson (Glendora) – Decker DeGraaf scored three touchdowns and racked up 201 receiving yards to lead Glendora to a 46-22 rout of Charter Oak Friday night at Citrus College.

Cantwell Can Beat La Canada, 14-9
