2013 Mid-Valley Offensive Coordinator of The year: Baldwin Park HC Chris Williams

Other programs had more wins, six offenses in the division scored more points, but what Chris Williams did running his team’s offense in 2013 was amazing. Also remember this, he did it without a prototypical quarterback, the team was 0-10 the season before, and the playmakers surrounding the quarterback he did have were all underclassmen.
