Arroyo’s Randy Amezcua will be a big part of Arroyo’s offense

2013 Stats: Rushing: 216-1284 yards, 21 TD; Receiving: 31-254 yards.
Randy Amezcua accounted for over 15oo yards for the Knights last year as a junior. With a new quarterback at the helm this season, Amezcua may be looked upon to carry an even bigger load. He can not only eat up yardage on the ground but does a good job of circling out of the backfield to catch passes and and pick yards after catch. “He’s definitely one of the best if not the best skill position player on our team,” said Arroyo HC Jim Singiser. “He does a lot of things.”
Arroyo swept through the Mission Valley League last season and won a couple of playoff games before falling to San Dimas. If they experience that type of success again Amezcua will indeed be a big part of that equation.
