4.) Bonita, junior, outside linebacker Cameron Liscano’s 2014 stats: 110 tackles and 3.5 sacks.

5.) On this date in 2011 John Tuttle (Formerly “Gypsy John”) became the head football coach at Glendale.

6.) Retiring MLB Commisioner Bud Selig will receiver a 6-million dollar a year pension from Major League Baseball.

8.) 2010 Los Angeles Angels first round pick outfielder Ryan Bolden, 23, was shot to death on Wednesday, December 17, after an altercation broke out in his apartment complex in Georgia. Bolden was a bust with the Angels as he never advanced beyond rookie ball or hit above .200. Back issues forced him out of organized baseball by 2013.

I now realize that I have taken my friendship with Frank for granted because he was so easy to be counted on, and by the next season so will many others.
