1. It was reported on ESPN, that 60 million ASG votes were cancelled to allow other players in the AL to start in place of the Kansas City Royals.

2. Four of the five goals scored by the USWNT was from 7 yards, the other was from 55.

3. Dodgers Jimmy Rollins gets GWRBI over Phillies last night. The team he played 15 years for prior to 2015 season.

4. On July 3, Canadian bull rider Aaron Roy rode Shots Fired for an 85-point ride at the Calgary Stampede. In 2013, Roy suffered apparent career and life-threatening injuries at the Stampede. It was the first time since injury Roy rode at the Stampede.

5. In three game sweep over Rangers, the Angels averaged 11 runs and 15 hits per game. In each game they managed at least 15 hits.

6. Dodgers lead which looked in peril last week is now up to five games.

7. US Men’s National Team in action tonight in Frisco, Tx as they face Honduras in opening game of Gold Cup.

8. Triple Crown winner American Pharoah worked 47.40 seconds for a half-mile, his second since returning from Belmont. Connections pointing toward $1 million Haskell Stakes at Monmouth Park.

9. Former USC and LA Sparks center Lisa Leslie turns 43 today.
