All game times at 7:00 p.m. unless otherwise indicated.

Friday, September 18th

El Segundo (2-0, 0-0) at Bishop Montgomery (3-0, 0-0)
This will be a test for the Knights. If they lose it’s not the end of the world, but if they lose bad they lose all the good credit they’ve earned early in 2015.

Temescal Canyon (0-3, 0-0) at Linfield Christian (3-0, 0-0)
The Lions aren’t going to be fooled by an 0-3 record, TC is a solid team..But LC is better and should pick another win.

Arcadia (0-2, 0-0) at Maranatha (2-1, 0-0)
Great match up. Real easy to call this one. If it’s a shootout, high 20’s or more, the Apaches take it…If it’s less it means the Minutemen have controlled the trenches and pound their way to a victory. Note to Nico Hillier: Don’t throw on Dexter Myers.

Mayfair (2-1, 0-0) at Valley Christian (3-0, 0-0)
The Crusaders will get tested and beat by the Monsoons. They just need to stay healthy and remember that the prize is the Olympic League not a a non-league trophy.

St. Anthony (1-1, 0-0) at Mission Prep (2-0, 0-0)
The Royals are at home and they are superior. MP remains undefeated and in Northern League discussion.
Mission Prep 31 St. Anthony 13

Nipomo (2-1, 0-0) at Santa Ynez (3-0, 0-0)
It’s been a great start for the Pirates, but the defending Northwest champion Titans are for real. Tony Dodge and team celebrate victory with late meal at the Hitching Post.
Nipomo 40 Santa Ynez 19

Pasadena Poly (2-1, 0-0) at Malibu (1-2, 0-0)
Is it too cheesy to say, “The Panthers will surf over Malibu…”? Because they will and if they don’t then they way other things to talk about.
Pasadena Poly 44 Malibu 7

San Luis Obispo (0-3, 0-0) at Templeton (3-0, 0-0)
Keeping the food theme. The Eagles rout the Tigers with an unstoppable ground game and then head on over to the Beef Palace to celebrate.
Templeton 38 San Luis Obispo 9

Indian Springs (0-2, 0-0) at Twentynine Palms (2-0, 0-0)
This will be a “thank you Sir, may I have another?” contest with the 29ers again showing they are no fluke in the Northwest.
