2015 stats: Rushing: 151-1660 yards (11 yards per carry) 15 TDs; Receiving: 6-219 yards 3 TDs.
Defense: 26 solo – 23 assisted tackles (49 total)
Martinez is one part of the Vikings double headed monster backfield along with Kevin Martinez (845 yds, 13 TDs) who look to take View to the playoffs for the first time in 19 years.
Head Coach Victor Ambruso is going to look for Josue to get most the carries in Mountain View’s ground and pound double wing attack. Martinez is just the fifth 1,000-yard rusher in the schools’ 40 plus year history.
