Walnut could go into league 5-0…… Then go 0-5. 5-5 overall, at large birth????

South Hills is the only team that will give DR a run for their money the rest of the league stands no chance

@you, I agree Diamond Ranch underachieves every year that coach H took over. They are by far the most talented team in the area. The big reason is they can’t put points on the board with all that talent. They must get rid of their OC or they will be in the same predicament as last year and the year before that. The defense is legit, but when they get behind the coach panic and makes bad decisions on fake punts and bad on-side kicks etc…. Some old DR

@ SoCal: I agree with you, if what you say is true. I believe that high-school leagues should be somewhat larger than they are now, instead of smaller.
Then, overall records would be more meaningful, and we wouldn’t have teams making the playoffs with records of 3-7 or 2-8.

I have heard that all divisions in the CIF SS will be going through Re-leaguing with teams that will be more competitive in same divisions for the fans and the players. I have not hear that there will be 4 team leagues. 70 plus teams in Division 14 means that there will be 35 teams in the playoffs unless the CIF gods turn back the clock and only allow 1 team from each league into the playoffs.

After this year all the leagues will change to four team leagues in the Mt Sac area. What smart guy thought of this. I don’t see that lasting very long.
