LA parents are currently arguing with each other and the Coach. Playing HH Wilson tonight and starting all their usual studs. It should be another shut out sadly. HH Wilson has no chance, and this will be the last year of this rivalry game. The game is hasn’t been competitive since the 80s, LA coach’s in the past have had class and not played any of their starters. But we all know Brown will every starter out there tonight. Pathetic.

Don’t trust Max Preps rosters. Last time I looked El Rancho had 200 people on there. I like the school programs which I keep as souvenirs. None available by ER. Northviews guys on the other hand had press coverage all over the place before week 0. Maybe catch your boy again against La Serna if ER keeps playing well.

@ER Fans: One question. As I was watching the ER-Northview game I noticed ER’s defense harassing QB Jimenez every time he prepared to throw. As I was watching and there were no rosters available, someone told me they thought one of the ER linebackers that was causing a lot of trouble for Northview was a freshman. Freshmen starting linebacker? Any truth to that?
That Bonita-Arroyo result was a real head scratcher. The Bearcats could have put 100 on them.

From T. Peterson: The CO-SM score is there and we did have a writer scheduled to go there but he had an emergency come up at the last minute. We were already headed to our games and it was too late to make adjustments. We’ve already disciplined him. He has to cover the Keppel game this week!

Yes, you are right New designs not a very good team but no one is bragging about the win just posting the score. We will take any W. Coming off the season we had last year going in to every battle with 19 players and that’s including the freshmen.

Murrieta Mesa plays in a pretty tough and competitive league. But I don’t expect ignorant haters to do a little research before they post.
Wow why do you Arroyo people always do this year afther year when you guys do well you rant on and on on how dominant you are then when you are low all you do is bash or belittle the teams that are do well. You guys finally schedule up and you talk down to other teams, stop padding yourself on the back. Just because El Monte is beating weak team dont mean they will win anything. If the El Monte coach keeps giving the ball to Booth every single down he will be burnt by playoff time. Lucky for them they still have Cuevas and Reyes though. Cuevas can run and People underestimate Reyes but I’ve seen him run since his El Monte Jet days and that boy can run. Coach C has just got to be smart and keep them all healthy by distributing the ball around. But you Arroyo people need to just let others enjoy their turn, and stopping trying to come up with any and every excuse to down play others success. By the way go South El Monte Eagles

Glenn was a 6-5 playoff team bringing back a 2000 yard 30 touchdown running back. I don’t think every team in the MVL would beat them. They’re not the Glenn of old.

Can’t say I saw that coming. Arroyo will take its lumps regroup and reassert ourselves as the best in the MVL. We took a shot at a really good team came up short. But we will be better for this loss. Pile on if you’d like but we’ll be back.
El Monte played a complete inferior team. EMs JV team could’ve up 40 on Sotomayor. Hell EM freshman could win that game. Horrible schedule and next week will be the same result. Glenn and Sotomayor would play to a zero zero tie game. Waiting on the EM hype video lol

Only part of my post I was being factual about was EM. It’s just ridiculous for the power of the MVL to schedule the likes of Sotomayor or Glenn let alone in back to back weeks. Let’s put this into context here, every team in the MVL could beat Sotomayor and Glenn by 40 points this is why it’s utterly ridiculous for EM to put them on the schedule. It does nothing for no one. EM gets nothing out of that game neither does Sotomayor or Glenn…. except STATS!
Arroyo getting slammed was certainly an eye opener. I can’t recall a Jim Singiser Defense getting ran off the field like that. But guess what… they’ll get a healthy dose of get right vs Nogales. The Nobles were blanked by Baldwin Park.
Heard SEM is running a gimmick offense. A gimmick offense that doesn’t feature its best player. Word is they have very good athletes and a pretty good QB, but their undoing will once again be coaching. Looks like
Rosemead and South El Monte will battle for the third playoff spot and get trounced in round 1 the losing coach will definitely be on the hot seat.

I’ve been holding my breath ever since that minor game between St. Paul and La Serna to see how the Lancers would do in the 2019 preseason. Nice to see the area’s best dominating when it counts.
I guess this is a tune up to play mt view and gabrielino.

Em showed nothing but class last night could have put up more then 100 but they chose to sit down all starters with 3 min. Left on the clock in the first quarter lots of class Coach C
No coverage any where for the best team in the area La Serna. Why? MVS always snubs the Lancers. 49-14 over the very good D2 Murrietta Mesa. Total domination. This win should make us #1 in the MVS area but I doubt it and will probably give it to one of their favs like Bonita or Glendora or even a team from the OC like LH.

El Monte couldn’t get stats starters pulled in first quarter. Rosemead a bright spot? HP went 1-9 last year. So if Em played a peewee team Rosemead took care of a flag team. Arroyo played a real good Bonita team, and come on really Sierra Vista? MV well they’re MV.
Not a great showing for the MVL. Arroyo got man handled period end of story. The knight defense carved up by too much speed. The surprise came on offense where Arroyo was for intents and purpose was blanked! 5 turnovers total. No running game and the passing game was weak at best. Hopefully this is just a sign of Bonita being legit and Arroyo being “young”.
South El Monte got poleaxed by Alhambra.
Gabrielino nearly pulled off an upset over the SEC player and I guess coaching tandem but lost it at the end.
Mountain View got spanked all over the place.
Rosemead the lone bright spot of the league with resounding victory over HP.
