- Former UCLA/ Olympic women’s basketball coach Billie Moore passed away at the age of 79. Moore led UCLA to the AIAW national championship in 1978 and coached the Bruins from 1977-1993. She is UCLA’s winningest women’s basketball coach.
One thing is clear, you are not seeing as many high school players announcing their college offers. The tranfer portals are loaded with experienced players in NCAA D1 so why give your schlarships to a unproven high school kid? Jusr grab some proven talent off the portal like USC and UCLA did and do. Tell your kid go to JC if he still wants to bang heads on the cheap but thats some tough football.
