  1. The New York Jets acquired quarterback Aaron Rodgers from the Green Bay Packers for a first, second and sixth round draft pick in 2023 and a conditional second round pick in 2024. 
  2. Hall of Fame quarterback Joe Namath gave his blessing for Rodgers to wear number 12, but Rodgers is expected to wear number 8, the number he wore in college at Cal. 
  3. San Dimas scored in the bottom of the seventh inning to beat Charter Oak 4-3 Tuesday in a walk-off victory.
  4. The Lakers beat the Memphis Grizzlies 117-11 in overtime Monday night to take a 3-1 lead in their Western Conference playoff series. 
  5. The Dodgers rallied from a 7-2 deficit to beat the Pittsburgh Pirates 8-7 Tuesday night to improve to 13-11 on the season. 
  6. The 2023 NFL draft – April 27-29, Kansas City, Missouri. 
  7. The Atlanta Hawks beat the Boston Celtics 118-116 Tuesday night in Game 5 of their Eastern Conference playoff series. The Celtics lead the series 3-2.  
  8. Former Alabama quarterback Bryce Young, who played his high school ball at Cathedral and Mater Dei, is the consensus favorite to be the number 1 pick in the draft according to Caesars Sportsbook in Las Vegas. 
  9. The Edmonton Oilers beat the LA Kings 6-3 Tuesday night to take a 3-2 lead in their Western Conference playoff series.  
  10. The Clippers lost to the Phoenix Suns 136-130 Tuesday night and were eliminated from their first round Western Conference playoff series in five games.

    @Part. I’ll be sure to pass your sentiment along to friends who lost family members to COVID. I’m sure that they’ll appreciate your marginalization of a GLOBAL pandemic and your willingness to hang on to demonstrably false sentiments in the face of science. Maybe you ought to consult Big Pharma to get the medication that will prevent your tinfoil hat from slipping from your head.

    Big Pharma won’t let the Rodgers deal go through if the QB doesn’t agree that the vax shots are safe, effective and patriotic. Sure, it seems that Covid is totally over, like it never even existed, but it’s always necessary to bow-down to our owners.
