  1. The Lakers beat the Memphis Grizzles 128-112 Sunday in Game 1 of their Western Conference first round playoff series. 
  2. The Chicago Cubs beat the Dodgers 3-2 Sunday at Dodger Stadium to take two of three in the series. The Dodgers dropped to 8-8 with the loss.  
  3. The Clippers beat the Phoenix Suns 115-110 Sunday in Game 1 of their Western Conference playoff series. 
  4. The New York Knicks beat the Cleveland Cavaliers 101-97 Saturday in Game 1 of their Eastern Conference first round playoff series. 
  5. Former Dodger pitcher Trevor Bauer pitched in his first game in almost two years Sunday as he threw four innings for the Yokohama Bay Stars’ minor league team. He allowed four hits and no runs and struck out six. 
  6. Grizzles star Ja Morant left the game with the Lakers in the fourth quarter with a right hand injury and did not return. 
  7. Clippers forward Paul George did not play Sunday and is expected to miss the entire series with a sprained right knee. 
  8. Veteran defensive tackle Gerald McCoy, who spent nine years with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and was a six-time Pro Bowl selection, announced his retirement. 
  9. Texas head coach Steve Sarkisian said Quinn Ewers will be his starting quarterback after the Longhorns Spring game Saturday. 
  10. USC quarterback Caleb Williams played one series Saturday in the Spring game completing two passes for 55 yards including a 10-yard touchdown pass to Mario Williams.

    The Mid reported that Argo had been confirmed as Head Coach at Arroyo. Are you sure about that? Some sites still have it as open.
