(Studio City) -Former Monrovia head football coach Chris Williams has joined the staff at Harvard-Westlake as the Assistant Head Coach/Offensive Coordinator he confirmed Tuesday.
“It’s a good place for me and a good young team and Coach (Aaron) Huerta is a good guy. I’m looking forward to working with him,” Williams said.
Harvard-Westlake went 6-4 last season and lost in the first round of the CIF Division 8 Playoffs to Grand Terrace.
Williams spent the last five years as the head coach at Monrovia compiling an overall record of 35-14 while winning three Rio Hondo League titles.
Interesting that Pasadena passed on hiring him
WHO CARES.
CHRIS IS GOING TO ABSOLUTELY KILL IT OVER THERE. WISH HIM NOTHING BUT THE BEST.
