By Tim Peterson Doesn’t Andrew Tovar seem like he’s been at Cathedral for ten years? Some players just seem to have that effect on you. When you’re the face of the team and throw for over 3700 yards and 47 touchdowns like Tovar did last year, it gives the impression you’ve been there awhile.
During the course of the 2015 season, there were several times that Cathedral head coach Kevin Pearson was criticized for not running the ball enough. Even down in the red zone the Phantoms would drop back and throw the ball instead of giving it to one of the backs.
