By Joseph Rodriguez (Pomona)- If this game sets the tone for playoff action this playoff season we are in store for a great road to the championship as the Pomona pulled out a dramatic 40-33 win over Brentwood Friday night in the first round of the Mid-Valley Division playoffs.

MVS Mid-Valley Division: Top 10 Quarterbacks

(…Because it is never too early.) Graduation has hit this division hard, but the number one quarterback does return and has now added “champion” to his growing resume. Some new names on this list to keep an eye on that could develop into something special in 2015.

Mid-Valley Division Offensive Coordinator of the Year 2014: Pomona’s Leonard Hudson

637 points, 90 touchdowns, and close to 400 yards per game. The Pomona offensive numbers in 2014 stand out like a neon sign. The Red Devils scored over 50 points in seven different games this season including over 70 on two occasions.
