By Tom Hendrickson (Arcadia)- End of the season, large boisterous fan support on both sides of the gym, everything you expect for a rivalry game. It was true to the cliche, records were thrown out, and Crescenta Valley (22-5, 11-3) held on to defeat Arcadia (11-15, 4-10) 75-64 on Thursday night.
By Tom Hendrickson (Pasadena)- Muir (24-1, 13-0) came from behind and held on to beat Crescenta Valley (21-5, 10-3) at home, 66-63. Crescenta Valley jumped out to a quick 5-0 lead, however Muir recovered quickly and led 15-14 at the end of the first quarter.
(Arcadia) – For the third consecutive season Arcadia was crowned champs of the Pacific League with an impressive 8-1 win over Crescenta Valley.
