Ceniceros Leaves Norwalk, Takes Chino
By Tim Peterson (Norwalk) – Jesse Ceniceros has left Norwalk to take over as the head coach at Chino it was announced Monday. Ceniceros had a successful seven year stint as the head coach at Norwalk including a Southeast Finals appearance in 2013.

Only one team is chosen so again it makes for some difficult decisions. We choose our teams based on stats, video and personal observations. Also keep in mind selections are based on actual positions along the offensive and defensive lines. Here is our Southeast Division Team:

I was searching through the Crescenta Valley numbers for 2014 recently and was trying to find something that Jordan Loboianco didn’t do. He had 29 receptions for 530 yards and eight touchdowns, averaging over 18 yards per catch.

Brian Gadsby wasn’t going to play football in 2014. Once his senior year is complete at Crescenta Valley he’s heading to UCLA on a baseball scholarship. So he had decided to focus on the sport that holds his future. It was completely understandable by coaches and teammates. But Gadsby had a change of heart.

This one didn’t take much thought. The question was not who would be named Southeast Coach of the Year. It was who else? Crescenta Valley’s Paul Schilling won this in a landslide. A real no brainer.

Sometimes watching Crescenta Valley OC Hudson Gossard work a sideline is as entertaining as watching the Falcon offense itself. He runs, he jumps and twists and turns. He yells, he screams, and he encourages, but most of all he coaches. And in the end he made the CV offense the most explosive in the Southeast Division.

Perfect Ending for Falcons
By Tim Peterson (Glendale) – Brian Gadsby hit Jordan Lobianco in the corner of the end zone for a 22-yard touchdown in the fourth quarter to give Crescent Valley a 21-14 win over Downey and a CIF Southeast Championship at Moyse Field in Glendale Friday night.
