(Monrovia) – Monrovia lost running back Kurt Scoby to graduation, the projected starter at quarterback transferred to St. Francis and the Wildcats were moved to the Central Divsion where they will have to contend with the likes of teams in the Mt. Baldy, Palomares and Hacienda Leagues. But for new Monrovia head coach Chris Stevens it’s a great opportunity.

Monrovia’s Miles Bryant Transfers to St. Francis

(Monrovia) – Miles Bryant, who was slated to be the starting quarterback at Monrovia this year, has transferred to St. Francis Monrovia HC Chris Stevens confirmed Wednesday.

Jorge Reyna is still at Pasadena and will be the quarterback for the Bulldogs in the fall. He didn’t play in the throw with Marshall on Saturday fueling speculation that the Downey transfer had transferred again.

KISS Gets Rattled, 70-25

(Anaheim) – The KISS allowed 28 straight points to start the second half as a once respectable game quickly turned into a rout and Arizona blitzed LA 70-25 Sunday at the Honda Center. The two teams are heading in opposite directions as the KISS (2-8) lost their seventh straight while the Rattlers won for the tenth consecutive time this year to remain perfect at 10-0.
