Quake in the Cage Rocks Arcadia
By George Hernandez (Arcadia) – Ring of Fire and the Vault MMA presented “Quake in the Cage” Friday night at the Arcadia Masonic Temple in front of a sold out crowd.
East Side Represents, 40-0
(Baldwin Park) – It took a half before the East warmed up. But they turned up the heat in the second half and routed the West 40-0 in the 31st Annual Hall of Fame Game Friday night at Baldwin Park High School.
Four Throw at Arroyo
(El Monte) – Arroyo hosted a four way toss Thursday afternoon with Arcadia, West Covina and Gladstone joining them at B.L. Bergstrom Stadium. Just in case you’ve been in cave for the last couple of years, I’ll clue you in. Steven Rivera can throw the ball.
Bonita Air Assault will be Unleashed this Weekend
(La Verne) – The Bonita Air assault is set to launch this weekend at Bonita High School. The passing tournament will begin Friday and continue on Saturday. Action on both days is slated to start at 3:00 pm and run until 9:00. Here’s how the pool brackets stack up.

I remembered the day my sixth grade basketball team at Rio Hondo elementary won the championship. We had to go through a death march to get it done knocking off beasts like Gidley, Durfee and Cherrylee. There was nothing sweeter than walking into Durfee’s house and walking out with a victory.

Venegas Wins Second Speedway Cycle Main
