East Side Represents, 40-0

(Baldwin Park) – It took a half before the East warmed up. But they turned up the heat in the second half and routed the West 40-0 in the 31st Annual Hall of Fame Game Friday night at Baldwin Park High School.

Bonita Air Assault will be Unleashed this Weekend

(La Verne) – The Bonita Air assault is set to launch this weekend at Bonita High School. The passing tournament will begin Friday and continue on Saturday. Action on both days is slated to start at 3:00 pm and run until 9:00. Here’s how the pool brackets stack up.

The Peterson Principle 6/23/10

I remembered the day my sixth grade basketball team at Rio Hondo elementary won the championship. We had to go through a death march to get it done knocking off beasts like Gidley, Durfee and Cherrylee. There was nothing sweeter than walking into Durfee’s house and walking out with a victory.

Venegas Wins Second Speedway Cycle Main

By Tim Kennedy (Industry) – Speedway cycle racing multi-champion Charlie “the Edge” Venegas, a 43-year old San Bernardino resident, won the Division 1 feature again Wednesday night on his 500cc JAWA cycle.
