(Glendora) – Azusa Pacific split a doubleheader with Cal Baptist Monday losing the opener 9-3 before rebounding to take the nightcap 3-1 on Senior Day.

I took a working vacation last week. And although it was a vacation from the usual 9:00-5:00 grind it was all work when it came to covering sports. Of course sitting in the sun watching baseball games isn’t really work so I guess it was a vacation after all.

Rams pass University Test

(Arcadia) – Temple City scored six runs in the sixth inning to break it open and went on to beat University 8-3 Wednesday at the Apache Invitational.

Rams Fit to be Tied

(Arcadia) – For 10 innings Temple City went toe to toe with area heavyweight Glendora. And after it was all over both teams were left standing. The game was called due to the time limit and they settled for a 2-2 tie Tuesday at the Apache Invitational.

(Arcadia) – Alec Vigil’s two run single in the bottom of the seventh capped a four run rally and gave Temple City a dramatic 4-3 win over St. Francis Saturday at the Apache Invitational.
