1. Arizona State fires Coach Herb Sendek after nine seasons. ASU finished 18-16 overall and was knocked out of the second round of the NIT.

3. A misdemeanor battery charge against Clippers forward Blake Griffin stemming from an incident at a Las Vegas nightclub was dropped due to insufficient evidence.

4. Yasiel Puig belts a two run home run in the Dodgers 9-5 win over San Diego.

6. Angel Lopez throws a complete game shutout and goes 4 for 4 at the plate with three RBI in Rosemead’s 9-0 win over El Monte Wednesday.
