By Corey Kowk (Rosemead) – With two outs and the bases juiced in the bottom of the seventh, Dominic Rangel belted a walkoff single to centerfield, scoring Niko Higareda to give Rosemead an 11-10 win over Marshall Wednesday in Mission Valley League action.

Panthers Remain Perfect In MVL
By Corey Kwok (Rosemead) – Rosemead capitalized on four errors for a 3-0 first inning lead, but then had to rally later to beat El Monte 8-7 Wednesday and remain perfect in the MVL.

San Miguel’s Three-Run Bomb Lifts Rosemead
By Corey Kwok (San Gabriel) – Steven San Miguel (2 for 4, two runs, 3 RBI, HR) capped a riveting five run rally in the top of the sixth with a three run bomb over Gabrielino’s right field fence to lift Rosemead to a 9-4 victory over the Eagles Friday the Mission Valley League opener for both teams.
