By Tim Peterson (Temple City) – Yuji Sakane threw six innings and allowed one run as Temple City beat Monrovia 2-1 Wednesday in Rio Hondo League action. 

Ramos Blanks Rams

By Alex Gonzalez (Temple City) – Monrovia’s Isaiah Ramos pitched a complete game shutout, striking out nine batters and giving up six hits in the Wildcats 1-0 win over the Temple City Rams, Wednesday afternoon at Temple City High School.

TC Speakes Loud & Title Bound!

After losing to Monrovia three times this season, and going winless against the Wildcats all the way back to 2012, the Rams scored a 4-0 victory in the Division 5 semifinals Tuesday afternoon to advance to the CIF championship.
