Bonita Wins Epic Battle
By Corey Kwok (Azusa) – Austin McGilvra hit a clutch game winning two-out double down the right field line to drive in a speeding Tanner Diebold to propel Bonita to a 3-2, 11 inning victory over Northview at Azusa Pacific University Thursday night.

Rams, Moors are Finals Bound
Temple City 2 St. Bonaventure 0 Corey Copping fired a complete game shutout and went three for three at the plate to lead Temple City to a 2-0 victory over St. Bonaventure Tuesday and into the CIF Finals for the first time in school history. Copping allowed just five hits while striking out five.
Mid-Valley Baseball Top 20
Bonita and Mayfair finish off perfect league runs while Crescenta Valley and Nogales get hot late to win their league titles. Alhambra holds on to win the Almont while Temple City beats Monrovia on the final day to win the Rio Hondo. Cal and La Puente survive to win the Del Rio and the Montview respectively. Playoff pairings will be announced Monday.

Bonita’s McCreery Signs with Arizona State
(La Verne)- We interrupt football coverage for this quick piece of news from the diamond. Adam McCreery, a 6’8” left hander from Bonita, has signed with Arizona State to play baseball next year.
