@Blue & Proud
Thanks for being here to celebrate another La Serna CIF Championship.
All the more haters,
Ahhhh
All the more satisfying!
@Proud…what a sad sack human being you must be… jealousy and envy isn’t a good look for you…..
Hmm, I don’t know.
Who you got? The Southern California Regional & CIF Champion La Serna Lancers or the defending Super Bowl Champion Kansas City Chiefs?
#BallOutOnBiggestHighSchoolStage
.
Proud to say that I hope La Serna loses every game, not just the one last night. There’s nothing dignified about an all-star squad beating up on kids who are loyal to their own neighborhood. Transfers that were deemed athletically motivated used to be disallowed, but now, just like marijuana, they are widely indulged in.
its Beginning to feel a lot like Christmas at the Kingdom. Don’t mind me I am just enjoying this ride. How many of you were watching last night hoping we lost? Then got sick sick when cj turned into Superman and save the day? Lol
You say your players “balled out on the biggest stage.” I guess that means Cal High will be in the rotation to host the Super Bowl real soon.
@Double Discount
I guess our championship rings will be 2.99 now lol
stay mad and mask your anger with some “hilarious” anecdote about how are championship is worthless. your team turned in their gear 5 weeks ago and we’re still playing chump!
Wow, CJ Ceron was a man possessed tonight. What a game he played. La Serna superstars Ceron, Long, & Castro balled out on the biggest stage.
27-0 run the final 9 mins. Unreal
La Serna is on to the State Championship Game 49-32.
TALK2MENICEPLZ,
A D3 team that CIF-SS (who would have fared well in the D3 playoffs) dressed up as a D4 Champ, going up against a D5 Champ…agreed, by at least 28.
LS wins by 28
@DoubleD’sLuvsJugglingMine
Glad you have come aboard the La Serna Victory train. We don’t discriminate, even against people that shop at the 99cent store.
Look at it this way, at least you’re shopping buddy. No reason to worry about how you were gonna raise an entire 99¢, because this title was Priceless!
I mean just listen to this veteran area sports writer (who shall remain nameless in order to avoid being censored by this site again; apologies to Tim P. I didn’t know it was against the rules to say another sport writer’s name here on your site).
Quote
“La Serna’s championship run is up there with the best I’ve ever witnessed. Can’t remember the last time I saw an area team dominate an upper division from start to finish, winning every round by more than 21 pts and averaging almost 50 a game in the playoffs. Unbelievable.”
End of Quote from area sports writer
Priceless indeed.
No, my team didn’t win a ring, but as a reward for getting the team business, the 99-only guy is going to gift me one of these in an airtight case (so the plastic doesn’t become brittle). In a very personal way, I too feel like a champion for securing bling that best represents the 2023 Lancers.
where are the teams with Saint or Bishop in their name?
This looks like a bunch of public schools.. weird
@Double Discount
Sorry your football team didn’t win a ring, homie. They probably didn’t even win league and as a result never got a t-shirt… sucks to suck.
Amazing JOb Lancers.
The manager of the 99-cent store on Whittier Blvd is planning to attend the LS game. He’ll be bringing samples of the title rings you will want. The price is $2.99 each, which exceeds the value of your championship, but hey, this is for the kids.
LS Kingdom,
“…class and humility”, huh?
Hope more people show up from Paris Ca. where ever that is than the 50 or so that came from Corona last week. There team will need all the help they can get. “Lancers, Winning with class and Humility”
School? No school for 3 days just got out there and whoop them that’s all they have to worry about.
Rio Hondo Prep is aptly named, as the 185 mile trip to Tulare will require some preparations. Hopefully, the kids will learn that schooling and vacations can sometimes be combined, along with incidental sporting events.
