St. Francis Officially Names Milam

By Corey Kwok (La Canada) – Aaron Milam has been officially named the head coach of the St. Francis baseball program, the school announced today. Milam has been a longtime assistant at St. Francis first serving under Alemany assistant and AD Mike Solar.

Rams, Moors are Finals Bound

Temple City 2 St. Bonaventure 0 Corey Copping fired a complete game shutout and went three for three at the plate to lead Temple City to a 2-0 victory over St. Bonaventure Tuesday and into the CIF Finals for the first time in school history. Copping allowed just five hits while striking out five.

Rams Take Care of Kaiser

By Corey Kwok (Temple City) – Calvin Copping threw a complete game allowing just one unearned run on six hits while posting 12 strikeouts to carry host Temple City to a 5-1 first round CIF playoff win over Kaiser of Fontana Thursday.

It’s Official: Corey Copping Commits to Oklahoma

(Temple City) – Temple City pitcher Corey Copping has committed to Oklahoma Ram Coach Barry Bacon confirmed. Copping received an offer from the Sooners a couple of weeks ago and then took a visit to the campus.

TC Takes Title, 4-1

(Temple City) – Calvin Copping went six plus innings and Kyle Starling came on to get the last three outs to lead Temple City to a 4-1 win over Monrovia and to the Rio Hondo League Crown Thursday.
