(Rosemead) – Sydney Hua scored 13 points including two bombs from long distance and ran the point efficiently to lead Rosemead to a 41-34 win over West Valley Thursday night in the first round of the CIF Division 3AA Playoffs.
Lady Panthers MVL Streak Hits 34
(El Monte) – Melody Gauthier scored 20 points and Karina Brito added 12 to lead Rosemead to a 50-32 win over Arroyo Friday to clinch the Mission Valley League title.
Lady Panthers Extend Streak
(El Monte) – Rosemead outscored El Monte 20-6 in the fourth quarter and went on to beat the Lady Lions 50-37 Wednesday in Mission Valley League action.

(Rosemead) – The Rosemead Girls clamped down on defense and did enough on offense to beat Arroyo 39-27 Friday to capture the Mission Valley League title.
M-Town Ladies Advance, 51-48 Over Mead
(Rosemead) The visiting Monrovia Lady Wildcats overcame 18-points by Evelyn Ramirez and 17-points from Melody Gauthier to eek out a tough 51-48 victory over Rosemead on Thursday night in the first round of the CIF playoffs.
