It’s a year round celebration for Monrovia. First there was the third consecutive Mid-Valley Divison title. Then it was on to the State tournament. Now the Wildcats have had five players receive scholarships to play college football.

I found myself rooting for the Boston Celtics Sunday. It felt kind of strange but I believe I’ve hit LeBron overload. He got his championship last year and now everybody proclaims him to be the best basketball player on the planet…ever.

Wow what a week! From Manti Te’o’s fake girlfriend to Lance Armstrong’s fake Tour de France victories, to the Lakers fake run to the playoffs it was pretty wild. Oh yeah and by the way the Super Bowl teams were determined too. That was real.
