1.) Arcadia’s Myles Carr over the last two seasons, 22 games, has thrown 51 touchdown passes and seven interceptions.

4.) On this date in 1963 John Kennedy was assassinated in Dallas, Texas. That same night San Marino (Claremont), Temple City (Lawndale), and Rosemead (Santa Ana Valley) all lost in the first round of the CIF playoffs. Muir-Arcadia was moved from Saturday night (11/23/63) to the next Tuesday at Citrus College. Muir won, 20-14.

5.) Monrovia has turned the ball over 16 times in 2011, but has taken it away 25 times.

6.) Bonita running back Reggie Turner is a junior.

7.) Covina trenchman Phil Romano: 42 tackles, 7.5 sacks, 3 fumble recoveries.

9.) La Serna’s O.J. Medina has accounted for 1,821 total yards & 21 touchdowns: 1,346 rushing, 399 receiving, 120 kick-offs, 26 punts.
