There was a quite a buzz at Marinelli Stadium Friday night. It was again Rosemead-Arroyo, Panthers- Knights, and of course for the Mission Valley League title.
Knights Reign Again in MVL
By Tim Peterson (Rosemead) – Humberto Pantoja threw a pair of touchdown passes and ran for two more to lead Arroyo to a 38-21 win over Rosemead Friday night at Marinelli Stadium. With the victory the Knights wrapped up the Mission Valley League with a perfect 6-0 run.

(Montebello) – Montebello completed a perfect 5-0 run in the Almont League with a 35-8 rout of Alhambra Friday night at home.
