Clarification on “The Association Rule”…Or Not
Confused about the CIF Association Rule? I think we all are. The way it was explained to me is that actually there is no Association Rule. The Association Rule is dead…with exceptions. I was also advised that there were no amendments or changes to the rule.

(El Monte) – An estimated crowd of over 3000 people packed the quad area at El Monte High School Monday night to remember Adrian Castro. Castro, a football player at El Monte, was killed last Thursday in a bus crash carrying students up to Humboldt State.
