Knights Reign Again in MVL

By Tim Peterson (Rosemead) – Humberto Pantoja threw a pair of touchdown passes and ran for two more to lead Arroyo to a 38-21 win over Rosemead Friday night at Marinelli Stadium. With the victory the Knights wrapped up the Mission Valley League with a perfect 6-0 run.

Northview Likes Their View From The Top

(Covina) The Northview Vikings and the Covina Colts battled Friday night for the spot as top dog in the Valle Vista League. It was the Vikings who came out on top leading wire-to-wire in a 42-28 win at Covina District Field.

By Thom Hendrickson (Burbank)— The City of Burbank’s “Big Game” was a showcase for Burroughs quarterback Steven Hubbell’s big game. The senior threw five touchdown passes in the Indians 47-21 victory over the Burbank Bulldogs on Friday night at District Memorial Field.
