By Tim Peterson (Glendora) – Azusa Pacific jumped out to a 24-6 halftime lead and rolled to a 45-13 win over over Humboldt State Saturday night at Citrus College.
St. Francis Rally Beats Salesian
(La Canada) – Michael Bonds hit Gabriel Matthews on an 80-yard touchdown pass in the fourth quarter which proved to be the decisive play in St. Francis’ 20-13 win over Salesian Saturday night at Friedman Field.
Cathedral Still Perfect, 17-0
By Tim Peterson (Pasadena) – In a game marred by penalties and miscues Cathedral did just enough to beat La Salle 17-0 Friday night in an Angelus League contest.
