Braves Last Team Standing

This one had a little bit of everything. There were 63 points, seven turnovers, eight lead changes and more flags flown than on the Fourth of July. When the dust settled Baldwin Park emerged with a 33-30 win over El Monte Friday night in the season opener for both teams.

(Cleveland)- Nick Davila threw eight touchdown passes and completed 19 of 24 passes for 237 yards to lead Arizona to a 72-32 rout over Cleveland in ArenaBowl XXVII Saturday night at Quicken Loans Arena. For the Rattlers it was their third consecutive ArenaBowl Championship.

San Dimas Solid in Mid-Valley

San Dimas is solid in the Mid-Valley Division. Thank you Captain Obvious. San Dimas is always solid in the Mid-Valley. But the feeling among some is that with Monrovia being shipped to the Central all the Saints have to do is show up and they can cruise to their second straight Mid-Valley title.

Can Pasadena Compete in Pacific?

We know Muir always has athletes and John Hardy might be one of the best coaches in the Southeast Division. Burbank has several key players returning including James “Boobie” Williams. Crescenta Valley, especially with Brian Gadsby now back in the fold, could be the most explosive team in the league.
